Juniper's pine-ness harmonises with the freshness of coriander, while the zest of orange peel and the tang of hibiscus add flavour. The aroma of orris root enhances the experience, while sweet liquorice root and earthy almond bring a perfect mellow balance.

The gin recently won a prestigious Gold medal at the Global Gin Masters and won Bronze in the International Wine & Spirit Competition. Bottled in 750-ml at 42% ABV, it is available at Rs 3,450 in Goa and Rs 4,950 in Bengaluru.
